Hepco Motion MHD track rollers are specially designed for transporting heavy automation equipment.

The HepcoMotion MHD system provides precise and durable low-friction linear guides particularly suitable for the movement of heavy automation equipment. - Maximum load (4 BG carriages): 68,000N - Maximum speed: 4M/S The bearing blocks use maintenance-free tapered roller and deep groove ball bearing wheels. The flat track is hardened and precisely ground, and can be specified with spur gears or helical racks and pinions to provide powerful and precise drive. This system features high load capacity and speed capabilities of over 6m/s. Large wheels with axial capacity allow the system to tolerate debris, misalignment, joint obstructions, and accidental damage. The bearing blocks can specify lubricants, which are fed to the track to maximize lifespan, and scraper plates remove debris, including welding spatter, from the track surface. The bearing blocks have significant capacity in all directions, but downward strength is enhanced to accommodate heavy payloads. This configuration is ideal for robotic applications, even with overhanging loads and high acceleration.
